"I feel really bad to do this because a bagel board from this place on this exact date every year since last 3 years has been a ritual me and my girlfriend loved and looked forward to. Unfortunately things have only gone downhill with each passing year.This year instead of a box, we were given an actual board which is not only something we didn't expect and need but an inconvenience and we were only told about it when we went to pick up instead of an email or ordering heads up so that we could have known what to expect and plan better.On the board, there was significantly less nuts, veggies and salmon than previous years and no dill, crackers/crisps and jam or preserves whatsoever.The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of past experience and the employee working there was nice, made good coffee and assured us she'll pass on our concerns to the owner/manager."
