Stuff made our order quickly. I ordered spicy chicken and sauce, and found it just enough to leave a slight tingle, so don't worry about being overwhelmed. "I had the salmon pita, it was really delicious, it tasted so fresh and the flavor was incredible.The place is nice clean.I would've rated with 5 stars, but the custumer service is terrible, as I was ordering and deciding my ingredients, the lady was making faces and impatient I feel rushed and didn't even put the right ingredients. "Pretty decent I had the harissa chicken bowl and was told what it was without being given further options. It tasted good so I wasn't mad about it but the fellow didn't ask if I wanted anything else. Customer service is lacking but the young man was a hard worker if he takes his time he could be great!"

"For pita delivery, this place is great! Some pita places are great on the spot but when the pita is delivered I mean with things in it! it arrives soggy and gross, inedible. Not this place! I got the falafel with the yummiest fixins and all were superb, mmm! I've still got the delicious taste in my mouth! Want a perfect falafel? If you get chickpea salad, Persian cucumbers, Israeli pickles, and pickled carrots with the garlic and red pepper sauces, I doubt you could be disappointed! I got a side of couscous salad as well that I had planned to save for later but ate right after I finished my falafel sandwich instead! The falafel, by the way, arrived hot, crispy, well cooked (I've had some from some places that were undercooked yuck! , not hard on the inside, and were a delectable delight in every bite! I would have taken pictures, but I was too busy eating .... Sorry! Maybe next time! : D"

"I will try to keep this review short... I placed a group order last week; however had issues with the online platform. The group link would not work. For the sake of time I went ahead and gathered each individual order and placed them myself. After I submitted the order, I broke each individual order out with names into a spreadsheet to assist store lead with labeling and to ensure that all orders were correct. I spoke with him on Friday, sent him and email per his request with all the details, asked for utensils and to ensure all names were on each item. Spoke with him again on Monday to make sure he had order and was ready to go for this Wednesday. Conversation had me a little insecure that it would not go well. Spoke with him again on Wednesday, the day of the order. Needless to say the order was 45mins. late, no utensils and a couple wrong items/ingredients. I was very disappointed. So why the 4 stars? Spoke with Melinda who quickly put me in contact with Team Lead Chris Terrazas at another location. They were very professional and apologetic. He rectified the situation and offered us free lunch to recoup relationship. So, sometimes mistakes will be made, but give a chance to correct. Thanks Melinda and Chris and 1629 K St. NW catering team for stepping in to make a bad experience better. Again apologies for long review."

"I used to love to come here and get a build your own pita. But they have stopped mixing together the ingredients prior to stuffing the pita. So now when you go in to eat your pita, you get a mouthful of hummus and your protein is at the bottom. I understand this is a time-saving measure, but I don 't want to spend the $20 to not even have it mixed together, only to rip the pita apart when I try to mix it together myself. It is such a shame, the ingredients are fresh and everything is usually delicious."
