"I had a very frustrating experience at Share Tea. I ordered two Taro Milk Teas without boba, but when they were served, both of my drinks had boba in them. I then brought it to the staff's attention as my order was wrongly prepared.They went ahead and replaced the drinks by making me a new one. As I was watching the server making my drinks, I noticed that he halfly filled both of my cups with the taro milktea. Instead of creating an additional mixture to fill up the cups, because and he was short on the drink he just prepared, he went ahead and filled the rest of if with hot water. This was extremely disappointing.The mistake on the original order was bad enough, not to mention, but the fact that the replacement drinks were made incorrectly as well was unacceptable.Filling drinks with water just to reach the desired volume depreciates honestly the quality of the drink itself. If I wanted to drink hot water, I would not have been there to start with. The drink taste very watery and plain with no flavor.I hope that Share Tea takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service. As a faithful customer, I expect to receive the product I ordered, especially when I'm paying for it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I'm hesitant to return to Share Tea in the future."
