"Cold pizza- so uncooked that the slabs of cheese they threw on it were not even melted!! Hot salad! The manager seemed ok, had a beer while I waited- I ordered ahead, got there right at my assigned time and still the pizza was not ready- so you’d think it would it be hot/cooked- nope! I ordered off the SLICE app for pickup- so I contacted the HELP at SLICE and it took 2 try’s to get some action-So the result was as follows: they called the restaurant, told them my complaints, they said the pizza was cooked properly and hot and would not issue a refund- they were contacted 4 days after I bought the pizza- how could they remember that MY particular pizza was cooked and hot?????? They allowed a refund of 6.50 for the side, HOT, Caesar salad , and that was it!! Never again!!! Almost 40.00 dollars spent, threw it all away- really bad food!"

"I've recently had time to get to Lino's and see how the new owners are doing. I loved it! I was greeted warmly when I walked in, asked if I needed help and even offered a taste of what was on the menu that day! I very much enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana, the fried zucchini and the bacon, onion meatloaf was killer!! The desserts are also really good. The pistachio parfait being my favorite so far! If you've tried them and are one of the few people whose orders weren't perfect, remember we all make mistakes sometimes. How about you politely bring it to their attention so they can fix it instead of posting it publicly. We all want to do the best job we can. Why not help them do it?"

"Do not shop at Pretty Posh. The customer service is atrocious. The clothes are mediocre and highly over priced. I purchased a shirt for $65 per suggestion of the owner while I was browsing. I came back to the store within the return policy guidelines to return said shirt and the doors were locked during working hours at 4pm on a Tuesday. I attempted to call the store where they have no working phone line (unprofessional for a small business). When I was finally able to get into the store the owner was working and was VERY rude, dismissive, and unhelpful as I explained the situation. She did not accept the return for the garment. She gave zero effort to remediate the situation. I would give negative stars if it were possible."
