"I was born in Butler and eat Burger Hut Essen. It was known for high-quality meals. I live in a different state, but when I returned to Butler the last 10 15 plus yrs, it was remarkable that the quality service had decreased dramatically. Beef other products seemed to be questionable quality? Orders wrong, lousy service, dirty facilities, strange staff, etc. I ordered large meals twice last week.... the service was sharp, orders exact, newly renovated restaurant and general meal quality has improved considerably. The staff seemed motivated to do good work? I heard similar experiences from some locals. Who has caused this positive change? Keep it rolling!!!!"
