"Last night I had some of the most delicious food I've ever eaten. Everything was thoughtfully assembled, flavors were blarring, and my taste buds were singing. I absolutely loved every single thing I ate. Being able to watch our food being prepared was such a cool experience, and the customer service was phenomenal. We got to speak to the chefs about how all of the meat is butchered in house, how they source food locally and have relationships with the farmers, and how passionate they are to work there. Hosea Rosenberg's restaurant was unforgettable and left me wanting to try more. Check it out if you're in Boulder.
