"The service was quite lacking. One of the servers seemed unaware that the restaurant accepted reservations, and our drinks were served incorrectly. Additionally, the kids' cup had no lid, and my child ended up chewing off the styrofoam. In contrast, the table beside us was given plastic cups with lids. When our food arrived, it was just lukewarm, and no condiments were provided. My husband's burger was missing chipotle mayo, while mine lacked BBQ sauce. We also had to ask for condiments and ketchup for our cold fries. We won’t be coming back again."
