"Don't bother going here. The staff is rude and the prices are outrageous. The quality of the food is below average. I ordered a small portion and the server barely gave me any. When I asked for more, she said that was all she could offer unless I paid extra. I noticed that the portion sizes seemed smaller and the prices higher than last year."

"Went to Ralph?s Ices in Westbury NY and a young redhead girl basically ignored my sister and I when we tried to place an order. She refused to give us any attention as we asked her questions about the ice cream. II told her she was being rude and she rolled her eyes. The crazy thing is that there was a white customer right before us and she was treated with perfect customer service. Absolutely disgusting !!"
