"Since this place had quite good reviews, we decided to try it during our lunch break. The interior has a great nostalgic atmosphere that recalls an old 70s or 80s pizza spot. At first glance quite promising. We stood at the counter for a solid 3 minutes waiting to be recognized, and when the guy finally came out of the back, the phone answered and took an order. The guy (I think he was the owner) then turned to us and told us that he will be with us in a few minutes when he was finished taking care of the phone order and other shops. He came to us after about 5-6 minutes and then asked the phone again what he answered, said hold and hit the phone on the counter...not a big first impression, so far from these facilities customer service. After taking over our order, my colleague and I cleaned up his demeanor, as probably only had a bad day and short staff. I'll keep my judgment on the quality of the cake. They were pretty fast to the pizza to us (only about 13-15 minutes) and it looked pretty good. When we came back to the store, we finally dig in and it was a floppy mix of cakes. The taste was medium best, so there was a lot of redemption in the overall quality of the place. Friendly customer service was not available and the pizza was greasy and floppy. I gave this place 2 stars because I was worse, but I have no desire to ever come back."
