"Just went there and ordered 3 drinks and the pumpkin mini cookies. After I do my order and get to the window the kid hands me my stuff and I ask him where the cream cheese dip is for the cookies. He says oh ya we 're out of that then I look at my kids shark attack drink and ask where the gummy shark is and the he says oh ya we 're out of that too. So they should of told me that when I placed my order, not after the fact when I had to ask about my missing items. Also the fact they have never opened the inside again is ridiculous since the drive through is usually too long to wait in. Go to the one on Greenfield and Baseline."

"Spent 1 hr+ in line (with little kids) to be turned away with NOTHING! Called twice and was assured we would get served because manager would be at end of line. Manager who would NOT tell me her name or who owned the store. Manager had a sign on her truck behind me but decide to close off the line right at 10:26 when closed at 10:30pm even though I was assured and her sign told another story. She said she could get fired but she needs to be fired for all the awful service. Will NEVER go there ever again!!! They were short staffed and I will never have my teens work there and encourage their friends to avoid it too."
"My drink had no carbonation so I pulled back through where they refilled it. There was still no carbonation and the girl at the window kept telling us there was carbonation and the machine was working when clearly 4 of us in the car tasted the drink and there was NO carbonation! We even had her pour the drink out so she didn't think we wanted a free drink. Poor customer service ? they need an adult there and not a whole bunch of teenage girls running the place ."

"The pretzel Salted Pretzel Bites were absolutely trash so I could do 5 stars. The strawberry cream cheese helped a little but my dog wouldnt even touch them. I put cream cheese on the pretzel bites and the dog licked off the cream cheese and left the rest untouched. Same bro, same. The rest was great. The cookie was pretty mid too compared to absolutely anything including a vending machine."
