"So far I’ve only ever order takeout, but the food is incredible. I’ve been on the hunt for good Chinese food for many years now, and Shanghai moon is hands down my favorite place to order Chinese food from! My favorite thing on the menu would have to be the steamed wontons with peanut sesame sauce. If I could order this sauce by the gallon I would. It’s so delicious. 2 things I typically judge Chinese food restaurants on are the egg rolls and the roast pork lo mein, and Shanghai moon has hit the mark on both of those!! The sushi here is also amazing. I continue to order again and again. Someday soon I’ll need to go inside and enjoy it as a proper restaurant, but for now, the takeout is everything I’m looking for!"

"I been to T&T Seafood restaurant for years, 25% of the time was MEDIOCRE SERVICE but the food was good quality so kudos to the cooks but needs improvement on customer service towards the servers in front of house. I had dealt with customer service before in the food industry and I knew something was lacking of customer service. On December 23, 2021 at 3:30PM I let our server know that we want water and hot tea. He said okay. But we waited there for around 15-20 min later, nothing was placed on our table. No water or hot tea plus we were ready to order our food. We went to the counter to tell our server that we are ready to order but 5 min later, they still ignored us. And they are not even busy. We just left the restaurant unsatisfied without them even taking our order. We thought T&T improved its customer service but its still the same. We gave them a chance but nothing has improved. Im going to order takeout from T&T from on now because I don’t trust their customer service anymore. Food quality is perfect but service is terrible."

"My husband and I have been coming here for a long time. We have always been greeted with a smile and a Welcome to PF Chang. The food is definitely worth the price. An the service is always awesome. However Father 's day was entirely different. We didn 't receive the usual warm greeting. Here 's how it went. We were greeted by with do you have a reservation when I asked for a table for two. I said I wasn 't aware you took reservations or that we needed one. For 30 years was the snappy reply. Oh,! is there any tables open? Let me check. There will be a wait, so we can clean a table off. Now mind you the restaurant wasn 't even half full. So we 're thinking that they are understaffed and feeling like idiots because we should have made a reservation. Being Father 's day. We had been there on holidays before . An never asked if we had a reservation. We didn 't have to wait after all. Within minutes we were taken to our table by a very nice young lady. An as always our waitress Anique was on top of everything and very friendly. She made sure we had a very nice dinning experience. I can only assume that Luke the manager, the one who greeted us was having himself a bad day."

"I live just down the street from this restaurant and visit occasionally. Unfortunately, my last experience was really disappointing. The lobster sauce tasted like soy sauce mixed with ground beef, and I ended up throwing it away right away. The rice was stale and unappetizing as well. I would have returned it, but I had just driven 5 miles to my girlfriend's house. Just sharing my honest opinion."

"OpenTable reservations are disregarded and audibly detested by seating hosts who put your name on their walk-in list and seat you after they clear all the walk-in guests first. We waited until the entire reception had been cleared, then standing alone, with no other guests in queue or walking towards the restaurant to get in line behind us, the hosts mumbling to each other, It 's not fair that a person using OpenTable is seated ahead of others, just because they made a reservation. "Haven’t been to PF Changs in years. Decided to go. Made reservations for 6:30. Wasn’t seated until 6:50 (there was seriously 15 tables occupied) hostess said they had a scheduling issue. Finally our server comes over- he was as personable as a wet bag and his speed was Slow. Food was good-probably not as good as in the past but it was good. Kitchen was pretty timely given it wasn’t that busy. Unsure if we will return"

"We received a gift card to eat here for Christmas and figured while we were in Charleston we better use it. Our experience was great! Our waiter was very young and took our joking around perfectly. We had some great laughs with him and he was very helpful with the menu. The food was so good I couldn’t stop eating even though I was getting full. The atmosphere was great. One thing I noticed that Impressed me was the manager was sweeping up and helping. Usually if a manager is hands on the place is running how it should. So great job! I’m from Charleston but we are moving around a lot at the moment. When we come back we will definitely stop back in."

"The food at P.F. Chang's will never disappoint. Our tempura calamari was interesting and eaten quickly. Our entrees (beef and broccoli for me, honey shrimp for my wife) was tasty. But the service on the night we visited was lacking. Not for lack of attention. The kitchen was short staffed and our order came out over an hour after we ordered it. We were offered 50% off the bill, so I will give them that. But I will not be returning to this location for a year."

"I ordered a Prosecco Brut, but the waitress brought Mumm Brut opened it and poured. When I said that’s not what I ordered, she said she’d bring me the Prosecco. A few minutes later she brought the Prosecco. When the bill came, I was charged for both! Rather than get a manager and go thru the hassle of correcting it, I left a significantly lower tip to accommodate for this extremely poor service. Additionally, PF Chang’s doesn’t provide paper or regular menus anymore, you need to download it on your phone. I am years old and have difficulty looking at a menu one item at a time on a small screen. I understand it’s a Covid thing, but they should provide at least a paper menu for older folks who can’t see as well, nor are tech savvy"

"Other patrons with even larger parties received their order prior to our party of 5 (4 adults and one child). We didn’t order anything out of the ordinary. Also, it seemed to take them 10 minutes to set up our table, despite having a reservation, we were on time. Lastly, do NOT order the shrimp with lobster sauce!!! Wife said it was ‘too salty’, I then tasted it and could taste baking soda (amateur cook trick to make the shrimp more plump and open up more), YUCK!!! We asked that they that dish back and remake, but later changed our mind as they would likely use baking soda again. We asked for the miso salmon, which came out great but of course our guests watched us eat as that meal came out later (apparently they didn’t put a priority order in). They only took the shrimp with lobster sauce off of the bill, but of course charged us for the salmon. No other compensation or apology of any order was issued. I will never go to a PF Changs for the rest of my life!"

"The ambience was very soothing and quiet w/ soft music game. Our waitress was fantastic and very welcoming. We ordered the spring rolls for a starter; then the pad Thai bowl, Spicy Coconut Chicken Curry bowl w/ coconut rice, and the Honey Seared Chicken w/ coconut rice. It was so delicious to fill. The portions were the perfect size. *Note the coconut was a charge, but it was worth it! We will add this Fund to our Din-in-Roster and look forward to the soon return!!"

"We visited this restaurant while on a Dallas getaway. It was new to us and my best friend who lives there. It's located in a popular part of town, so we took advantage of the convenient valet parking immediately next door.The ambience was great! Clean, great music and the wall decor! Very cozy. The food was simply delicious literally the best Asian I'd had in along time, and I particular about my Asian dishes.Each of our portions were enough for two days of eating. The appetizers were a meal in and of themselves. I was stuffed. Really.Lastly, our server was awesome. Very kind, timely, personable and accommodating. I will return when I'm in town again. Loved it!"
