"Great pizza buffet. If you want a pizza that isn't on the buffet they will make it. The service is great. The servers stay on top of your drink refills and clear your used plates straight away. A much better quality pizza than other pizza buffet places. Very clean too. They also have dessert pizzas and pasta. Update 06/25/2019 Okay, this place is still a clean restaurant, servers are friendly. However, their salad has not been looking great. Went in February and recently in June. Each time I go in there is less green in the salad. Looking old. Also I think when they refill it, they dump the new on top of the old. This means we pick put the little green they added, and now there is more old white hard chunks no one wants left in the bowl. They did recently add green fresh spinach as an addition to the bar which is nice. They had a better salad bar when they first opened their business. They will also ask you if you have any special Pizza requests when they seat you. They are prompt about refilling your drinks too. Just keep in mind, if you live to eat salad with your pizza, it may be a hit or miss on your next visit."

"So disappointed usually a great spot but took my son there and they were more interested in arguing with customers on the phone then waiting on people there, simple order 4 cheese slices 2 soda, had to put them away and tell them yo forget it as we waiting patiently for a good 15 minutes and they didn't even say hi I'll be right with you or some thing. Great pizza last time I was there but who knows now their hurting for staff, shame"

"The worst experience. I ordered one, just one pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni) and crazy bread at 7:24pm. Cody K told me it would be about 10-15 minutes and to wait. Well I was at the window already waiting for 5 minutes and someone pulled up behind me so I pulled forward like I was told to do so. 7:43 and no pizza so I called the store asking if it was ready and a girl said they were still waiting on the pizza. I thought it was odd but I said okay. 7:55 comes around and no pizza. So I have to get my little girl out of the car and go inside just for them to tell me my pizza got lost and I can have a refund if I want. The fact that I paid extra for this pizza and they made me wait 30 minutes and then they “lost” it blows my mind. Never again will I waste my time or money at this place."

"This restaurant is truly disappointing, and I don't say that lightly. The staff is extremely unprofessional and clearly shows a lack of concern for their work. They lie about the status of your order, claiming it's almost ready even when they haven't started it yet. The cleanliness standards are appalling; there are no gloves or hairnets in sight, and employees handle all the ingredients after touching various other items. It's really unsettling to witness. I have voic ed my complaints before, but nothing has changed. It feels like a waste of time. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. You can thank me later!"

"Wow, they really went all out by giving me a buzzer! I went through the drive-thru expecting my food to be hot and ready, but it wasn't quite ready yet. That was perfectly fine with me, though, because the staff were very polite. They handed me a buzzer while I waited in my car. The wait time wasn't long at all, and when I received my order, everything was piping hot. And I have to say, their Italian cheesy bread is absolutely amazing—it's to die for!"

"If I could give ZERO stars, I would have that terrible experience. went to get my online order, went to drive thu sat there for 5 minutes with them staring at me. After she finally came by, they were told that they were closed! I told them I had an order to pick up from online and wait there for 5 minutes to load it closed. they told me they didn't. have been over 2 weeks with constant daily call to customer service to get my refund and still wait for someone to do thier job and give me a refund because I don't get my food! never go back to this place!"

"Worst Pizza EVER Tonight!!! We were so upset we sent our friend to get it Fresh Deep Dish one Sausage, a Pepperoni Our favorite pizza from Anywhere and he gets it home and they are both BURNT! I mean, the sauce was black, the edges where black!!! And the ground!!! We were so excited about this pizza pizza pizza pizza, but we will go NIE back to this store!!! I also wanted to add that when the guy took his money he sweated and we all sweat I just pour out sweat sitting here to write this review, but the guy pulls his shirt up exposed his belly to dry the sweat out of his face, why not a towel only unconstrained and rough!!! No one even called to apologize for our bad experience, they did not offer us a new pizza or an apology, I am appalled!"

"Definitely recommend this Little Caesars. The pizza was cooked just right. It wasn’t overcooked/burnt. Wish I knew the name of the person on this shift that prepared my order (picked up around 4:45PM). I ordered online immediately got a notification that my order was ready. "I ordered pizza online for pickup and 8:00 it said that it was suppose to be done at by 8:17. When I went to pick up the food, one of the workers said it would be ready in 2 minutes. I waited the 2 minutes then asked another worker. That worker said that my order was not put in as yet and that I had to wait another 15 minutes before it was ready. I waited in my car then came back in after the 15 minutes and was told that my order STILL hasn’t bee put in as yet and I was to wait another 10 minutes. I would not have had a problem with the situation if was JUST because the store was backed up. For me, it was the lack of communication and truthfulness about my order. If was told that my food would be delayed from the jump, I would have been more understanding. I did not receive my pizza until 8:45. There was no apology for the inconvenience either."

"This place used to be pretty great. I mean, you got what a $5 pizza, but it was hot and ready as advertised. If you called an order in, it was ready in a timely fashion. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management or what, but the quality has really gone downhill. Hot and ready means nothing. There is always a wait time, and forget the pizza portal. If it works, the food is never ready when the app says. The employees are indifferent and unwilling to do much beyond standing around."

"ZERO customer service. You are literally treated like a number. I stopped in just to pick up some Crazy Bread and was greeted by no one. Just a hand written sign that read “sorry no walk in orders”.So I had to download the app just to order Crazy Bread. Even when there were ready to go bags of crazy bread right behind the counter.Then I waited. And waited. And waited.
