"The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere really encourages conversation. We saw another table playing the game "Sorry," which added to the fun vibe. Be prepared to wait, as it can get quite busy, but it's definitely worth it. I ordered the stuffed French toast with chocolate toppings, scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey sausage, and hash browns. I wasn't a fan of the hash browns, though; they weren't burnt, but they were overcooked, haha. I love that they're open 24 hours, so there's always time to visit. You won't regret it!"

"Great Italian restaurant for the area! You have a huge menu with so many possibilities. I think their choice of putting the menu on an intermediate shelf is simply annoying. You turn back and forth through 30 pages and it doesn't make any sense. We ordered the filled figs, Prosciutto and Mascarpone app. Besides the burrata and the signature salad. I absolutely loved the apps! The figs were so delicious and creative! The salad sizes were perfect and so delicious! The other was the laying for the ducks. It was strange how she painted balsamic glaze on each plate and totally unnecessary. We ordered the penne with shrimps in vodka sauce. My friend thought it was pretty fat. The shrimps were hard to eat as it was on the bowl, so plan to break shrimps with the plate. I ordered the spinach extract, which was also quite fat, but otherwise very delicious! The mushroom risotto was the best duck, but it had whole herbs in it, which again, unnecessary. I would come back and others recommended to try the restaurant! These little details are easy to edit and I really hope they do."

"It looked fine until I had the first bite. As a person who have been eating tofu and beans for a whole life, I know exactly when the beans products has gone bad. You could literally tell by the stickiness of the texture, taste and smell. All those signs hit me so hard that I had to spitted out the tofu. It was so gross. I went to informed the person at the restaurant but they insisted that it was totally ok to eat. (They just looked at the tofu and not even try to examining it). Well, I have been cooking tofu with spices for year. I know how the tofu texture supposed to be like. I insisted that I don?t feel comfortable eating it so restaurant ended up offering to replace the tofu for me. At first, I thought they were going to give me a new bowl because the spoiled tofu already mixed with other stuffs in the bowl. Turned out that they just picked out the tofu and put other vegetables into the same bowl. How cheap, inconsiderate and poor service they are. Highly NOT RECOMMEND this place."

"This is a nice restaurant with a clean and inviting atmosphere, featuring lovely vining pothos plants throughout that help purify the air. "Food was excellent, but much to wish from our service. Before the check was delivered, our server was super attentive, but as soon as the check was delivered, our party was ignored to leave us for an hour with empty glasses while our party continued our meeting. At a point close to us, she walked at the table and looked at our table and then moved directly to another table. We had much better service in the past."

"JACKIES'S PLACE: This restaurant used to be our favorite. It's a little bit of a drive to get there but we always thought it was worth it we drive by many good restaurants to get there. Great food, friendly waitstaff and fair prices. However the owner passed away and whoever is running it now has issues. We have made the trek out there 3 times and each time they were short staffed, people backed up and yet they had tables that were not being used due to staffing I assume. 3 times in a row we were turned way and ate somewhere else. Tonight we checked their website and they were still open, so we took off for Jackie's nobody can blow it 4 times in a row. We called on the way to check the wait but strangely nobody picked up. We get there and they are now closed on Wednesday nights!!! Sure would be nice to update your website which says you are open or leave a message for callers. I think we are done....there are more professional options in the area."

"This was our first time visiting Williams. We enjoy trying out different diners, and tonight we chose Williams. This place is a hidden gem in Reading, offering home-style cooking at a reasonable price. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean everything looked. The salad bar had a nice variety of options, and the food looked and tasted fresh. We were seated quickly, and our server Sara was prompt in taking our drink orders. She was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, even refilling my drink without me having to ask. Our food was served promptly and presented neatly. There was no rush to finish our meal, and the portions were generous and delicious, with a homemade taste. We left feeling satisfied and happy, and we will definitely be back to Williams after this wonderful experience."
