"Decent food, but missed an item in my $160 order, and they did not accommodate their mistake when called. First off the bottom off all the bags are wet, probably due to the poor packaging of the beans that were placed at the bottom and crushed by everything else. This was bought with company money so I have no reason to lie that I am missing my bosses food. But the person I got on the phone was very rude about it. Like come on, you have 15 plus items to accommodate and you really don't think you might have placed it in another bag by mistake. Huge orders are messed up all the time. If I wanted an extra plate I would have just ordered it. Very sad that this happened, the food is decent. They just lost thousands of dollars by providing bad customer service on an mistake that they made. P.S. got a refund through grub hub, grub hub charges them more but seems worth it for the added security."
