"Fairly good pizza Napolitano, although I would recommend ordering light sauce (even the olive oil-based pies were too heavily sauced), and I 'd DEFINITELY recommend requesting well done. Clearly, their wood-fired ovens are just not as hot as coal-fired would be, so the quality suffers a bit. Their dough recipe is on point, with a nice pull chew to the crust. The affettati misti was rather uninspired, as it was basically prosciutto crudo, prosciutto cotto, sopressata, salumi piccante, with a couple of cornichons olives served with some VERY bad crostini (of which, fortunately, there were VERY few). The insalata caprese di burrata was quite nice, although the burrata was not exactly fresco, and there was even more of that awful bread. Overall, if I find myself in the Hunter 's Creek/Loop area, I would be happy to visit again, but as I live in Celebration, I doubt I 'll become a regular."
