"Bad experience . Ordered Orange chicken and got 4 slices of chicken and orange sauce on the side not on the chicken. Call restaurant and young girl answered and giggled and said i dont know what to tell you. I asked to speak to Manager and she said they were not there. Chicken was $8.95 for 4 strips of chicken."

"Clean Plates!. Hunan is the go to for my classic Chinese food fix. The service is friendly; they actually engage interact with people. They kept drinks filled quite a few regulars seemed to be in there when I was. H S soup pretty good. Egg roll standard but fresh. Dishes are superb. The vegetables have a light crunch flavor, everything piping hot, just enough sauce for the rice not drowning in it. The value is great, Kung Pao, Mongolian, Szechuan, tofu too it's all good. HOT mustard!!!"

"I lived my whole life in cincinnati. this is one of the best chineses that perform businesses. they are friendly, friendly and contemporary. very fair prices. if they love Chinese suppen. jade house hands down has made the best and our soup. I've ever had that. I had a hot and acidic suppe from at least 40 different restaurants. No one can compare with jade house. all of these were unprecedented."

"Amazing flavor. No salty like most Asian restaurants just made with so much love you can tell abd full of flavor. The potstickers are hand made and so much seasonings spices but not overly. The chow fun and walnut shrimp so good. I mean I've never tasted it so good. You have to come here and awesome service. Wonderful staff. Can't wait to bring friends and family back."

"Wish I could give this place 3.5 stars, but we'll go with 4. There's a lot of vegan options. Chow main and rice are just ok. Vegan options include Meatless orange chicken, veggie deluxe, tofu salad. The staff has even been nice though to make alterations/special orders like veggie friend rice w/ no egg and pan fried tofu. It does depends on who takes my order, honestly, I think some workers are more informed on veggie options than others. Food is ready pretty quickly and I've never had them make an order wrong, so far at least. They do give you a side of an egg flavored soup (I think), I tell them I don't want it but they almost always put it in the bag anyway. I'll confirm with them next time, to check what it comes with."

"I've been going here for 38yrs. So I absolutely know when something is different. Yes the food is still good but not as consistent as when Mimi and her husband were there, and certain dishes taste different. But I've always bragged about flower drum for 38yrs. I've introduced ALOT of my friends to flower drum over the years that still say its the best they've ever had, and I agree. Just miss seeing Mimi tho."

"My first time, this Chinese restaurant is trying. We got in. Our waiter was Brian. He greeted us with his pleasant smile great personality. Brian is a very personal professional. He's very good what he shows. We ordered vegetable rolls, bbq pork chow fun, salt pepper chicken wing, chicken chow mine.. The food arrived within 10 minutes. The food was hot, fresh, portions were quite large, and it tasted amazing. It was the best Chinese food I've tasted for a long time. The owner even came out, greeted us and asked how everything tasted. If you are in the mood for Chinese food, we recommend you try this restaurant. I'm sure Brian and his dad would appreciate your support and business. BTW, there were a lot of DASH Door orders picked up so take-out is another option. Thank you Brian for your excellent customer service and we look forward to our next visit to you."

"Clean, authentic, attractive interior. Polite service. They have 12 tables which post-COVID could seat 36 people. The interior is modern, renovated, well-lit, neutral-toned, Asian themed. The menu is extensive with both Chinese and Japanese offerings. The portions are large! Note this when observing prices. There is a seating specially for Sushi. My pork dumplings were excellent! Quality. Plate presentation unexpected and garnished with lettuce which added to the sensory experience. Take a look at my main course. Huge and excellently fresh."

"This place is a joke. They only have the same 2 people working. They don't acknowledge you at all and leave you standing there for 20 minutes even when you yell for them. And God forbid you have to pick up a delivery. You won't get your food for your delivery for at the least 30 minutes after the pickup time. Like hire more people. Your food may be good, but your customer service and wait times need to be fixed drastically."
