"I recently saw about a troubling experience my friend had at a Chinese restaurant. During their visit, an unfortunate incident occurred when my friend accidentally threw something in the trash inside without knowing, leading to an unprofessional reaction from the restaurant staff. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, the staff member responded with a verbal assault that was both aggressive and unnecessary. She told her to “go to hell” and stuck the middle finger up at her. She is not good with confrontation or any interaction, and it was very noticeable. This kind of behavior should not come across a 50 year old women. It's disheartening to see such a lack of courtesy and professionalism, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to address these issues to prevent similar incidents in the future."
