"This is a very regrettable situation of the chain. I don't know how or why the food and drinks all taste like copies of Ten Ren's stupid proof recipes, but this place manages to do this. Whether it's because of inadequacies or sketchy cost reduction measures, I don't know, but I would avoid it unless you're desperate and have a pretty strong stomach. The popcorn chicken is always darker than it should be, so it is either always overcooked and/or fried in very old oil and the pork sauce on the combo rice smells vage rancid."
