"Staff is always friendly and attentive but Mike the owner, or at least that’s who he said he was and some other guy named Richard, they are not good enough for this kind of establishment and they look you up and down like some sort of judges and they will make anyone feel uncomfortable, that’s what drives patrons away guys."
