"We came for our 9:15 Friday reservation and was told by the hostess that they no longer accept reservations for Friday or Saturday evenings. Even after we showed her our reservation confirmation for Open Table, she said, I'm sorry, we change our policies very much. Note: At the hotel check in the evening before we visited the Azure roof for a bite and a drink and confirmed our Friday reservation with the hostess. Then she sat us, but because the server took 20 minutes to get to our table, she said it was too late to order food (by 5 minutes)... so no food thirs and no place on all Friday nights. Besides the view, Azure is not the best place in the city."
