"Very disappointing customer service from the three ladies at the front desk-we called in advance to enquire about visiting the rooftop bar early on a Saturday night for a short time with a large group (14), and though unable to take reservations, they assured us we should be able use the bar. Upon arrival, it went from bad to worse. The three women at the front desk were extremely unaccommodating, telling us there was a wait list and that they tried to keep the rooftop bar access for hotel guests. I find it appalling at the level of this service given most businesses are trying to retain business through COVID. Given that we had a large party it was too late to change the location for meeting, we remained in the bar next to the restaurant downstairs.The ONLY good thing about the service was the wonderful waitress Amanda in the seafood bar, who it seemed to be aware that the front desk staff were being rude and unprofessional. She was attentive and kind and knowledgable about the menu. The quality of the food and cocktails were excellent-just a shame it was soured but the three worst hospitality workers we have ever met."

"I have to say we expected more. we love eating in curo, but this visit was subpar and not indikatiw for the kind of culinary expectations that the restaurant. in a restaurant that may serve 60-70% of its capacity, we waited 45 minutes for drinks and suppe. No one came to take our menus. No one came for everything. we never saw a manager, even though we were disappointing at the fact that we waited for forty five minutes for a beer and a glass of wine. I actually went to the bar outside the restaurants and bought drinks and brought them back. I went to host three and passed a series of employees and no one asked why I would go out of the restaurant to get drinks. that was okay, not worth this visit. very disappointing."

"Reservation allowed us to get right in and had an excellent table just in time for a beautiful and scenic sunset. It was a good 5 to 10 minutes after we were sat before our server came by. It was another 15 to 20 minutes before our drinks came. our food order came out quickly and accurately. The food was great and an overall pleasurable dining experience. Seems like the server had an off night."

"My wife and I split the Paella and it had to be one of the worst meals I have ever had. First off, the dish was 90% chicken. The shrimp were as big as a dime (not prawns), it came with 2 scallops, a few clams and muscles. Lastly the rice had minimal flavor. The manager, Jeremy, was brought aware of our disappointment in the dish and he took the route of talking down to us as if we don’t know what paella is, telling us this is how paella is made in Spain and how the chef studied there for a month. Extremely disappointed in how it was handled. The only nice thing about this place was the ambiance. Would not recommend. Ohh and it was my fathers birthday and they never brought his dessert like I had asked them to at the beginning of the dinner."

"on 7:30 reservations advised and was said that they run back and wait 10-15 minutes, turned into a 45 minutes waiting everyone with reservations said they were waiting, hostess did not treat this situation very well as she always told everyone the same waiting time that was not true at all. the waitress was very good and eating was very good, but the beginning of the evening made the night really sour."

"This dinner was as near to perfect as I have ever had. The Caesar Salad was spot on in terms of the dressing taste and the amount of dressing (too often restaurants over dress salads). My filet was perfectly cooked to order. We had sides of creamed spinach and mashed potatoes; both of which were beautifully done. S'mores for dessert were great. The bread pudding was nice but probably the only item that could have been better. There was a hint of bp flavor but it quickly disappeared. Coffee was some of the better coffee I have had in the last few years. Food, service all top notch."

"Thank you Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard and Chef Madeline for making our Thanksgiving Holiday into an exceptional day. What an amazing venue and location in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. The venue and view are surpassed, easily, by the food. Flavor, finesses, complexity and simplicity made this one of the best meals I have had in Georgia. As a recovering Chef I am fussy, not picky when it comes to dining out and the service and menu exceeded expectations. Emma was had the perfect attitude amplified by her smile and curls for days. She took in stride every bump and hiccup, there were a couple and she just smiled and never missed a beat in our service. The food clearly was made with great thought and care. The pumpkin soup was smooth a velvety with a quick kick in the finish. The salad, truly tossed with the flavors melded was crisp and bursting with textures and flavors. Our main course was pure Americana. True to the flavors, no sappy sloppy attempt to be over the top just a respect for an American classic. The respect for the ingredients was evident all the way through the coffee and pie. Food and flavor were the stars of this meal because of the respect for them showed by the chef and her team. This is the kind of place you find very few times in your life. If you hunt for the next it restaurant you will probably overlook this one but that would be your loss. Make the drive. Enjoy the view. Respect the food."

"I think they were either terribly understaffed or just didn’t prioritize time. We had reservations and showed up on time only to be told they couldn’t seat us just yet and to have a drink at the bar while we wait. Not a problem even though I thought it odd that there were only 6 tables occupied and many tables empty. We ended up waiting 30 minutes at the bar before our table was ready. Another 5-10 for a waitress to bring waters/bread menus. We ordered an appetizer (sweet potato bites which were delicious) but after that took another 15 or so minutes, we figured that it would most likely be another hour before we would even see an entree so we decided to change plans from there. Everything was delicious and servers were very nice but was just a little slow in my opinion."

"This trendy spot is located right in the heart of downtown La Jolla and features three levels of dining: a bar, barbecue, and lounge on the lower level, a piano bar on the middle level, and a sushi bar on the top floor. I visited for happy hour and relaxed in the lounge. The service was excellent, and you can't beat the happy hour prices—just $3 for beers and half-priced starters, including Kobe beef sliders, tuna, and pizzas. I'm not sure how the regular dining experience is, but I might have to find out next time!"
