"Made Reservations for Valentine’s Day 5 days in advance however when we arrived at the restaurant for our reservation we were informed that all reservations had been cancelled by the restaurant. The host told me I should’ve gotten an email notifying me of the cancellation. I had not seen an email so I checked and he was in fact correct. I received an email of the cancellation 2 hrs prior to our reservation time on Valentines Day, and at that point on that day it is impossible to eat anywhere without a reservation."
