"I booked Thanksgiving brunch with my family to enjoy a special treat. I chose the restaurant for the atmosphere and views from within the dining room and the quality of the food. I’ve been there many times. I confirmed my reservation verbally and increased it from 4-6 guests over the phone. When we arrived they did not have the reservation for 6 and almost did not seat us. We were then sat out in a large ballroom with no other guests. We were there around 1.25 hours and there were open tables in the restaurant. We were not seated in the restaurant with the live music and ambiance, which was booked well in advance. It was $641.33 for 6 people have brunch in an empty ballroom. Note: The wait staff was fantastic. Very disappointing since we were hosting two other couples (family)."
