"Its the cooking ingredients and techniques that makes this place so good. My wife and I have been here twice and have loved the food. I'm not a big fan of scallops, but here they were grilled to a toasty, nearly crisp edge on one side with tender centers, a treat for pallet and eyes and were accompanied by a subtle, complementary sauce. The endive radicchio salad was flavorful and fresh. While the space is relatively small, it's made cozy and pleasant with good lighting, front windows looking out on Balboa Blvd, and monitors showing silent videos of Paris from the air.
