"disappointed by this visit; I was always impressed by the service, the quality of the menu and food preparation. However, the Rueben Sandwich bread was burned, chips burned, meat on the sandwich very dried out/tough. I also had the broccoli salad that was hard to eat at al dente. I took it home and roasted it more to enjoy it. Waiting the staff was slow, they had the table over twice in the time it was just waiting for staff service. However, the new assistant Mgr was about to wait/issue! He tried to be hard on site! He went out, gave me a map and was very interested in our experience being Top Notch. This is not my usual restaurant experience, hoping it was just a bad day in the restaurant."
