"Looking for somewhere to stop in for breakfast on our way home to North Carolina, we came across Mansfield Family Restaurant. It has a great appeal that seemed very popular with the community. It has a great atmosphere and everyone seemed to know each other. The staff were all really friendly and go out of their way to take care of the customers and make conversation. The food was absolutely exceptional with great prices! We love going to small town local businesses and this is one we will definitely visit again the next time we get to Ohio!"

"We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was horrible. It seemed like it had been reheated in a microwave from the night before. The shrimp and mussels were not freshly cooked. This is the first time we have experienced this."

"My debit card was stolen and used in this location. The thief spent $250 plus $300 tip. For a total of $550. Ive called twice asking to speak with the manager or owner. No one has bothered calling me back. A police report is being filed. The Refusal to respond and assist is very frustrating. It’s almost as if someone is complicit. "The food was soo good and also affordable! And I really appreciate the family friendly vibes… the swings and games and playground are all so cute. It’s so nice to bring my toddler with me and feel welcomed.I also really appreciated the cleanliness… it is VERY rare we go to a restaurant and get high chairs that have working straps AND are not covered in crumbs and sticky nasty mess. It is a small thing but it means a lot and shows the care this business puts in for their customers."
