"on the first Friday of lent we enjoyed a great dinner with friends in amber. amber had wonderful seafood specialties as well as her ingenious white fish over cous -cous and salmon with an Asian flare to choose from. my man had risotto with grief and garnel and he said it was the best risotto he had ever had! the crispy brussel sprouts with balsamico glaze side dish is incredible. I did not want to share it with others; we had an efficient, friendly service of sashka making it a great night overall."
