"This is my second bad experience with Hartford coffee. I ordered a breakfast bowl and no potatoes were in it (as described on the menu). The portion was also about a 1/3 of the size it normally is. To top it all off, it said my order would be ready at 10:05. I didn’t leave there with my order until 10:25. I understand it was busy, but from my order time that is an hour wait from order time. I called and she said the manager would refund it, but I’m not holding my breath. They need to figure out … – show"

"This review is based on what we had. I had a cardamom latte and my friend had a hazelnut cappuccino. Not really happy with either, the coffee was just okay. The place and vibes though were amazing. The staff seemed friendly and the bakery items looked so delicious although i didn’t eat anything. Would definitely go back."
