"This was one of my worst dinning experiences of my professional outings. I have dined at Cinghiale multiple times over the past months. They should know me. However, the Manager hostess was rude from the beginning. She was dismissive and completely caught up with flirting with another Manager. All night she choose to stay close to the front station, close to her colleague. The food was not only late min by my clock). The food was not that good. I had the Chicken, it was dry and chewy. End of the night, after sharing feedback with the lead waiter, the Manager comes to the table to present the bill. She said she timed the order and it was only min for our food prep. No sorry for delay no apology. Just an argument. And then she proceeds to go have dinner with her boyfriend colleague at the bar. And their relationship becomes quite obvious to everyone in the Restuarant. Not appropriate behavior. I wouldn’t recommend Cinghiale to anyone."

"Quite a poor experience… we had a wine testing class at the Union Square location at the back of the bar. The noise from the guests was defeating! Even with her mike, we could barely hear Amber. She is obviously very knowledgeable but we couldn’t make the most of it. And last but not least, one of the wine was corked! For 160$ you could hope for more…"

"Great spot to eat, although expect to spend . We ate here on their sushi only night, and although the selection was limited, they customized my rolls which was nice, and the sushi was very good and fresh. The server even gave us a sample of an extra dessert. We ordered the green tea creme brûlée that was delish, and he gave us a slice of the cheesecake which was equally delicious!"

"beautiful location on the sea and beautiful island dining room. fast complementary parking service. exceptional service and wonderful and inventive menu. we had a problem with a court that solved our waiter and the maitre d’, john, fast and generously. that is a true sign of this excellent restaurant. save them space for dessert. the pineapple on the head cake was the best we ever tasted. excellent cocktails too. also open to breakfast. we will return soon."

"We are late here (parent day outside, long day, needed a nap before dinner! and asked if we could get food, the staff was courteous though it was a Saturday night after I was sure a long day. A table that opened so that we were immersed and the food was not disappointed. I got the beet salad and it was a taste explosion. Husband got the burger and said he had the best on weekends (of 4 burgers on weekends). The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We also enjoyed our cocktails French 75 (my favorite, hard to find!, Paper Plane, and Whiskey Daisy. So delicious. We definitely do this place regularly on our Martha's Vineyard trips!"

After we sat on what seemed like 30 minutes, we had to say alex, our waiter, we were ready to order. when we tried to order drinks and appetizers, he followed us and insisted to take over our entire order then and there. So we dropped our Entree plans and ordered our appetizers. the food took an incredibly long time to get to the table. when it was finally hot and delicious. when the bill came, I was shocked to see a $200 bill for a party of 4 without any escape. irre prices."

"We booked a reservation for a late dinner as we weren't arriving to the resort until late. The server seemed annoyed with us as soon as we sat down. He seemed further frustrated when we ordered, as we didn't order appetizers he tried to push on us. When our meals were served, the server stood a few feet away from our table and stared us down, making us feel uncomfortable and rushed to finish our meals. It was obvious that he just wanted to get out of there. This was really unfortunate since it was our anniversary weekend and we were hoping for a nice dinner."

"Grabbed two single origin coffees and two pastries to go. The cashier was very nice and had good recs. There was no clear area to wait for the order and I felt in the way of either workers or customers (it was crowded every table full). The cafe is gorgeous and very clean. If you're into specialty coffee, this is the place to go. You could absolutely tell the difference between the coffees we ordered it was really cool. Our muffin was good, but the bread pudding lacked a distinct flavour. I personally thought it was a bit expensive and would favor another cafe due to prices, but this is nice for a unique treat!"
