"[after 5/7/2022 visit] Still perfect. This time we tried different menus and surprised again. Even donuts were just out of the oil and ingenious. 5/5 period. None of servers was in tux, but the service was top-notch-- used plates were replaced, bread crumbs were deleted. We had a truffle-stuffed triangoli and a spicy pasta. We have seen restaurants used truffle salt or truffle oil for taste, but this place actually uses minced truffles. What a nice surprise. The squid pasta was simply amazing. I almost used an F word in my first bite. Pasta itself was also brilliant, but the basic soup of the squid pasta was better than famous cioppino from Sotto Mare in SF. Overall, the pastas were comparable or better than rosemary. As for dessert, the chocolate mousse was great, but the cannoli sunk. Another wow ice since Bos Taurus in Bend. Will definitely revisit and try all the items in the menu."
