I sat and said my waitress would be short with me, our waitress came and stood up and said her name was deja and she was our waitress. she was very polite and always with our drinks on the go. Once our drinks were halfway away, she immediately had another one on the table. I was very impressed because sometimes it's hard to find something like that. I even told her that she should give classes as to how to be a server because she was so good. eating was great, the service was great. the restaurant was very clean. "This location has delicious food and it has not disappointed. Everything in the pictures was delicious, especially the maschpotatoe. The service was pretty ok, our server was nice and friendly at the beginning, but its setting changed to a more serious and cold mood afterwards, but we did not let our experience affect for the evening. "I have only been here once before and couldn't remember why we didn't return. However, I decided to give it another chance and I regret waiting so long. The Delmonico steak was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The wing appetizer was also a pleasant surprise, as they were some of the best wings I've had from a non-wing specific restaurant."

"08/15/2024 Lunch. As usual, my wife and I shared a steak today for lunch. We shared the 20 ounce Outlaw Ribeye and a salad. As always, the steak was delicious and a delight to eat. Adewunmi, our server (aka Thomas) today was excellent (5 star good). Ask for him if you want great service. He made a very good meal an excellent experience for us today, and I wanted to make you aware of him for when you're ready to go there for a steak. Another nice thing was that the kitchen split the meal in half for us. And divided the steak and potato onto separate plates before serving us. Lunch was 5 star all the way today. From the food to the service, our meal was uniquely satisfying. The only drawback was that the music was a bit loud, but we were having too good of a time to mention it. Rating first impressions: Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. V Good: Better than I expected. Avg: An everyday meal. Good food. Fair: Below par. Dirty or flies."

"OMG — this place was amazing! The service was over the normal standard you usually get from a steak house. The waitress was so fast to sit and she got our drinks with a speed. When we waited for our meals, the waitress came to our table and asked if we were fine. After giving us our steaks (the main meal), the waitress kindly asked us to cut into our steaks to see if it was to our satisfaction; what was very beautiful! As for food, it was delicious. The portions are quite large, so please bring an appetite. If you are not a big eater, then plan to bring a doggy bag home. They serve a bread plate for your meal; That was good. I ordered a 20oz T Bone Steak, with mash potatoes and a lobstertail on the side (paid extra for it). As for a drink, I ordered a strawberry limonade that I suggest you. The price of meal seemed appropriate. For a party of six and the food and drinks we ordered - cost me a little over $200.00. Besides the time with the family I spent the atmosphere that had to offer the facility; it was quiet and cozy. On a side note The remaining room was clean and it was to my joy. Overall, I will return."

"My husband and I had a very pleasant dining experience here on a busy Saturday night. Our waitress, Hailey, was very polite and attentive. She was at our table within a minute or two of us being seated. She was quick to take our order, bring our drinks, and head back for our salads and appetizer. "I returned to the restaurant on 11/11/17 for dinner before the WRCA Finals and was impressed with the excellent service and food. The restaurant was packed as well. The barbeque ribs were very good, but I was disappointed with the dry and tough filet. This was a big letdown compared to previous visits. I had a similar experience at another restaurant last weekend, which led me to consider asking more questions when ordering to avoid disappointments. Overall, I am sticking with a 2.5 rating based on my experience on 6/3/16. Although the filet was quite good this time, the service was extremely slow and almost rude, and the lobster was also dry and tough. It seems like there may be some issues with poor training at this restaurant."

"Have enjoyed Longhorn for years. The food and service are typically excellent. Tonight however I experienced INTENTIONALLY bad service. I sat at the bar to have soup and bread with the plan of ordering a full to go meal. The bartender, Amanda, I believe brought a glass of water and a menu. Said that she would back. The manager ultimately had to take my order. Food was good and prompt. The issue was that the bartender pointedly ignored me despite speaking to the man on my at least five times without acknowledging me in the least. This took effort. It was ridiculous. I spoke to the manager, Steven I believe,once my to-go order came. He apologized for the behavior and comped the entire meal. Would have given a single star if not for the management"
