"Where do I start? For beginners, if the rating allows for negative stars, I would award them -5 stars. Next we talk about the parking situation. I prize them with the title for “The Worst Parking Lot in Portsmouth”. Enough. Since the day I walked here, I don't know why I brought my money to this business regularly. I am all for supporting local business, but this is far from anything spectacular. Super overestimated. I was never impressed with her service here. You would think to get the same drink after my tenth return, it would be easy to get it the eleventh time. It's tea. There should never be a reason why hot tea should put together a long time if there are only 2 other people waiting for their food. I forget when they're busy. But another problem is when EVERYONE is served around you and you wait there for ATLEAST another 5 minutes for your hot tea, which is a massive lack of attention. “I am not, they are.” Staff can afford to say hello and smile more often than never. This is a great fun! I had tried several times with a friendly “hi!” – NOT! I don’t know what language they speak, but I don’t speak “dead face”. As far as any transaction goes, if you earn a tip, I am generous. However, I am always disappointed and will never apply a tip on the option Tip screen. When they swing around the screen and discover that a tip was not left, they will have the boldness to swing the tip screen back to you again in hope of a tip. I give these Millennials and A for a bad lack of customer service skills. Don't let me start on TEA SHOP RECORDS. You don't know the vinyl market. It's a full joke! MANY will think this is a rough review, but before someone decides about me, here is the right position: you can fix everything you are not broken. Due to my many experiences here I have low expectations that my assessment is important. No, LONGER wants me to come back."
