"This restaurant lived up to its hype great food with inconvenient decor in an inconvenient neighborhood is worth eating the 20 minutes or so to this part of the city here. The waiter proudly told us everything about the food where the recipe came and where it fits in Mexican cuisine and culture. The cocktails are great, the wine list is award-winning (most Mexican wines enjoyed) and the coffee is great. Make sure to get the guacamole, table page made."

"I arrived at Nico and was told that they didn't have my reservation in their system because they don't take reservations for breakfast, but that the Opentable app doesn't allow them to limit that. Fortunately, they had tables available and they seated me. The receptionist was very friendly throughout the interaction."
