"The employees showed zero concern for the customers. I waited for 25 minutes while my food sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. None of the employees bothered to call out the name and were all goofing off in the back. When I mentioned to an employee that my food had been sitting there for over 10 minutes, he just shrugged. It's disappointing, as the place used to be great 5 years ago. I won't be returning."

"In a city filled with great restaurants, Ostra certainly can hold its own. Do yourself a favor and start with the rabbit corn dogs and lamb or veggie chimichangas. The lamb stroganoff and spicy soft shell crab sliders are two of the best versions of these dishes I've had. Ostra is tabbed to anchor the north end of Frankfort Avenue as well as its place near the top of restaurants in Louisville."
