"My husband and daughter entered, were asked if they had ever been in before, told to take a menu and have a seat that someone would be right with them. Employee then promptly sat down at a neighboring table with others. No one came to take the order, nor did anyone talk to them. After waiting 1/2 hour, they left and none of the employees sitting at the neighboring said a single word."
