"Unfortunately, this restaurant does not accommodate elderly customers by allowing phone orders with credit card payment for pick-up. This is a common issue at many places. While we enjoyed the food when dining in, sometimes it's convenient to call ahead and bring home our meal. It's disappointing that we always tip 30%, but I wonder if younger generations do the same. Regardless, we will no longer be giving our business to this restaurant unless they address our concerns and change their policy. Such is life, Jimmy."
