"I stopped by the restaurant to grab a Diet Coke, but also decided to pick up an 8 oz container of hummus since I had forgotten to buy it at Trader Joe's. To my surprise, the Diet Coke and hummus ended up costing me $13. However, the real shock came when I had to wait 15 minutes for the hummus as the employees behind the counter seemed to be just standing around. I finally asked them if I could dish the hummus myself, but they said the chef (presumably the owner) didn't allow it. This lack of trust in their teenage employees, combined with the unnecessary delay, left me feeling disappointed. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to their inefficient process and lack of employee empowerment."
