"Poor customer service. The guy at the front ignores people who are just trying to pick up the food that is ready. Hate to leave a poor review but this is something that needs to be addressed by management."

"Duzan is a great place to order from. Your food is phenomenal. I have eaten from here and DoorDash’d on separate occasions and their customer service was enormous. However, a complaint is the parking situation I know that it goes beyond the control of the workers, so keep that in mind when you pick up an order from this restaurant. They work so fast and they are super concise."
