"Hunan was a great option for us in Carbondale. You do all the basics well, but also a great variety of you want to try something new. We love their orange chicken, general Tso and Panaang chicken curry, and for a big appetizer we recommend their potstickers! It is a beautiful atmosphere and we always had a good service. Our only holding is that you cannot travel for pasta with dishes, they only offer full quantities of noodles for additional costs. You probably have a good reason, but it's still a bit left out because my wife doesn't eat rice. Overall we enjoy Hunan's and it holds a special place for us as it was our first date dinner!"
