"I work very close to this business at a local hospital so my co-workers and I frequent this business a lot. I am not sure what happened but this year has been a let down with quality and service. 2 weeks ago I called to order my favorite salad (Bird of Paradise) and was told they did not have chicken for the salad. Oh well. I ended up not ordering anything that day. This past Friday I stopped in at 11am to place an order on my lunch break. It was busy but not crazy. I went to order my Bird of Paradise Salad and was told they did not have any salad mix. WTH? Now caught off guard I had to scramble and find something else to order being this was going to be my lunch and I was placing an order for someone else as well. I ordered 2 paninis and asked for soup. Nope, no soup either. I said I would be back in 15 to pick up. I paid and went next door to grab something I needed. I came back to get my order and the line was out the door. I went to the counter where items are picked up and asked for my order as I did not see it on the counter. The person behind the counter said I needed to go in the general line to get my order. I said we always pick up here and he said that I needed to wait in line. Well this line is insane and hardly moving at all. I wait about 5 minutes and seeing I needed to get back to work shortly I went around to where the cashier was and asked if he could hand me my order as I needed to get back to work. Mind you, I can see my bag right behind him. All he had to do was reach around and grab it. He told me I had to get back in line to get my items. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Well there was no way I was going to be able to wait in the major line and get back to work in time, let alone have time to eat. I asked him if could please just grab my food as it right there and I need to get back to work. Nope I have to wait in an insane line while my food is getting cold. I ended up leaving as now my lunch is over. I lost my money and my co-workers money. I will not be back which is a shame because I like supporting local businesses."

"I LOVE this place! The food quality was amazing, especially the blueberry sausage. Dont be fooled- its not sweet, it just takes the gaminess out of it. Sit at the bar and youll be chatting up with new friends in no time! The wait staff is courteous, friendly, and super helpful! The food is all made to order ad the portions are large! Im certain its all delicious too! They get creative but not fancy with their food options and if you have allergies theyre accommodating. You can mix things up too for your own fresh style. Drink the coffee of the day its always good. And whatever you do- dont reach over the counter for the coffee pot! It might be the syrup container, lol (I watched someone do that). Also, very important- its cash or check only!! No debit cards and no atm on site (but theres one close by),"
