"We have been to this restaurant three times now, and unfortunately, our experiences have not been great. The first visit was good, receiving four stars, but the second visit was poor as the food was served cold. This most recent visit was also disappointing. The menu did not specify whether the enchiladas and tacos we ordered were made with shredded or ground beef. We usually prefer ground beef but did not mention this to our waitress, nor did she ask us. We were served chewy and lukewarm shredded beef instead. After receiving our order, we realized that a similar menu item did offer a choice between shredded and ground beef. Additionally, I was unable to verify if the total cost of our meal was accurate as we were not given a receipt detailing the items we ordered and their individual costs, only the total amount. Overall, it was a disappointing meal and we are unlikely to return to Jose's in the future."
