"Absolutely one of my favorite German Village restaurants! I wish more people knew about this place. They have 2 sides to the restaurant that are connected: one is German food and one is Spanish food. They sometimes will alternate between the two restaurants but you can still order from either menu. I like that they will alternate because both places have a different vibe to them! Alpine is more rustic and where you would want to sit when it's cold out and El Lugar has an adorable outside patio area. The food is amazing! We typically get the Spanish food and it never disappoints. The staff has been the same for years now and they are always very friendly and working hard. Highly recommend!"
