"The biggest turnoff with our meal was after a drink spilled on the table and into a dish, the table was never cleaned up. We cleaned it with our own napkins, had to request replacement napkins, and the table was still never wiped down after they cleared the entrees and before they brought out a birthday dessert. There was a lack of awareness for what our table needed in terms of service."
