"Love Grill 23, have been going there for all nights out for 10 years. Never had a bad meal until Saturday night. Had to send a steak back twice. Order a filet medium, came out red inside, sent back and it came back the same. Management took the steak and had it re cooked a 3rd time. Blamed it on renovations disrupting the kitchen staff which is understandable but by the time I received my steak everyone else was finished with their meal and sides. So sad but hopefully things will return to normal when renovations are completed"

"A great Indian restaurant with a very worthwhile prix fix menu the portions were generous and the flavors definitely hit the mark. The service was also incredible, the waitstaff were lovely and helpful in answering any questions/sharing more about the dishes. While the plating of the appetizer veered towards unnecessarily extravagant, I thoroughly enjoyed my main course and dessert I couldn’t recommend the kulfi pops enough. As someone who doesn’t drink much, I also appreciated the attention to curating zero proof and low proof drink options!"

"Let's start with saying that the food is really good. We had assorted bruschetta, house made pasta and house made desserts, all very enjoyable. Seating is very cramped and I was pushed every time someone walked behind me. Service was disappointing. For some reason, we were not allowed to order our appetizers until we were ready to order the entire meal, or at least that's what we understood from the server's incomprehensible explanation. Also she hardly ever checked back on us, we had to actively look for her if we needed anything. I also noticed several times that the various servers did not seem to be able to keep track of orders properly, i.e. bringing items to the wrong table or bringing a duplicate order to the same table and then taking it back. It's hard for me to decide whether I will go back."

"We went for our anniversary last night and all I can say is wow! The food was amazing!! I had the prime rib 2 ways and my husband got the surf and turf. Both meals were perfectly cooked and tender. Hands down, this was the absolute best meal we've had in Durango. Our waiter was kind, informative, and gave us the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. I should mention our waiter had 6 tables he was attending to when we sat down. The rooftop patio was fun and we fully enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be back again."

"Enjoyed our visit Friday night. The steaks were cooked perfectly especially given our two temperature requests. The sides were really good we had the fries and asparagus. Our server Michael N was attentive funny and well trained. He cared about the quality of service he was providing. Great table up front high top. Lots of activity around. Really fun. Overall we can’t wait to come back!"

"My companion and I made a reservation for 2 people at 8:30pm. Upon our arrival, the extremely friendly server informed us that the kitchen closes at 8:30. We showed her our reservation, which also had additional availability for 9pm. She took a screenshot of the open table app showing the availability and mentioned that she would inform the manager as the information on the app was incorrect. She assured us that they would keep the kitchen open to accommodate us. We enjoyed our meal and promptly left the restaurant."

"Good ambiance and great for big group hang outs. The service was great and the food was even better. Though, docking a star for inconsistencies with their drinks. Our table got some old fashioned and they all came out different...sometimes too sweet and other times just straight bourbon and ice. Some mixed drinks were just straight syrup water. Overall, avoid the mixed drinks and just go with beer, wine, or something on the rocks. Regardless, the food was great steak tartare, baked brie, salmon spring roll, and the charcuterie board were amazing starters. The entrees were also fantastic...including the bouillabaisse in the picture below."

"This was our last nights stay in the States and had we not had a restaurant booking nearby, I would have moved to another establishment. In fact in hindsight I wish we had moved elsewhere straight after the meal. Pros Clean rooms. Cons No staff member on site at 4pm!! We collected envelopes with names on keys inside. Found our rooms one at the very front of the hotel and one at the very back. One king size and one double. We were traveling with teens and needed one to be a twin room as per our booking. We rang the out of hrs service number and a girl said a message would be passed on to the manager. That was at 430. We went for a drive around the coastline and at 630 rang again. The manager would call or email us back. 4 weeks later and we're still waiting!! When we returned from our meal we had to make do. The kids took the king size room and tried to use clothing to divide it. We were worried we were so far away from them in an almost empty hotel, that anyone could enter. I hardly slept. No breakfast of any sort just a voucher for money off a local bakery. No one in reception when we checked out Tea coffee only available a few hours each day.... Tips to visitors Don't stay here until they have sorted any issues out, provide some facilities such as kettles. Once updated with staff on site I can imagine it to be a great place to stay but not at present. Tips to management Check bookings Staff your reception If a customer rings the service line, ring or email back If a customer rings the service line a second time, get down to the hotel to sort In an almost empty, huge hotel, don't allocate parents and children rooms at opposite ends of the hotel...... Overall this establishment clearly needs an overhaul across the board, esp needing a member of staff on site. I have never given such a poor rating for a hotel. But 4 of us (Inc the teens) all agreed it was a terrible stay and not a nice ending to our break. We did not feel either welcome or secure. Would we stay here again? No"

"Went Sunday for my wife and I I anniversary, we decided on brunch. They were doing a brunch buffet, and honestly I was not to excited about it, boy was I wrong. Everything and I mean everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The whole team's was great. You would think it's a buffet how much does server really have to do? Pemrose was busy busy and they did not miss a beat. The Buffett was constantly being restock with food and clean plates, every service person checked on us to make sure we had a great experience, weather it was removing plates or refilling coffee and bottomless mimosa. It was never cleaned up.My husband tried to have desserts, champagne and beer delivered to our room for the birthday girl we were celebrating and it took him 5 phone calls and multiple emails over two days both with the Hyatt company and the Dream front desk for us to get them delivered to our room. This was after they lied to him and said we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our room so they wouldn’t deliver it. It took him texting me to ask therefore ruining his surprise to us) that he wanted to have something delivered to the room but the sign was on. I told him no it wasn’t, so the front desk person went up to check and confirmed that the sign wasn’t on the door.Though the rooms are nice, they are small and lack amenities. I have stayed at many hotels in downtown Nashville and this was definitely not worth the price overall compared to other hotels.We still had a wonderful time because the trip was all about friendship so we definitely made the most of it."
