Personally, I think ice creams that are super soft and easily melted is an abomination. I like to enjoy my ice cream for a long time, get many and several licks in a scoop, without having to look like a thirsty dog with a bowl of water. Melting and dripping is not my style. That 's why, time and time again, Bi rite ice cream is just my style. It never disappoints!New flavor is in town. Pandan with mango swirl. Sounds kinda exotic with a sexy sweetness to it. Tasting is back. So, ask for tasters before settling on a flavor.Interior has changed. Looks brighter and roomier (Two thumbs up).February/March is a good time to go since they make their ever so delicious Earl Grey. That 's what I got. Earl Grey and Salted Caramel on sugar cone. My handsome hunk of a husband got Roasted Banana and Ricanelas in a cup.You know what else is so good other than their ice cream? The staff. Super friendly and easygoing.
