"we have excited ourselves to our reservation to try the restaurant from which we had heard so much, just to find it no longer exists! was very discouraging as it was a date at night Saturday night and we could not go any more last minute res anywhere we wanted. a very disappointing experience around, from opentable, who gave us no warning, to the line hotel, which was alternately confused and unhelpful."
