"Ordered the tomato and egg breakfast roll. Was given a bacon egg and cheese roll. I don’t eat pork!!!! When I tried to call the store, the answering machine said they were closed temporarily and they “sometimes” check their main office number if I want to leave a message there. Maybe just let your guest know you’re sold out of an item instead of assuming they won’t care about another sandwich."

"Welcome to the wonders of the real French bakery. Real size (giant) French croissants that are fabulous. Baguettes that are light years ahead of what we call baguettes in the USA. The French white bread, excellent of course, is known as the traditional bread in France. There is an indoor or terrace outdoor cafe which sets your clock to slow and enjoy.This is a family business, yea for the mom and pops and I was helped by the daughter Emily or better yet Émile. And what a delight she was!Strange place for a genuine French bakery but is well worth the trip.Remember, as I often stress, quality costs! If you are looking for French-like-style breads etc at big box prices this is not the place for you or your taste buds!"

"Ive ordered from cafe Nero many times before and they always serve really tasty stuff, but today I ordered a mango smoothie and instead got a bottle of orange juice with a label that says "mango smoothie". The orange juice is good, dont get me wrong, but I was charged for the more expensive mango smoothie. Thankfully doordash refunded that part of my order, but Im still a bit disappointed that I wasnt at least notified that they had to alter my order."

"Tuscan sandwich was made on 3 day old bread, there was no lettuce (see picture), no prosciutto, it was barely edible. no whipped cream on the latte either. its the only latte you can get whipped cream on, and it wasnt even an option. plus, they only gave me 12oz when I thought it was supposed to be 16"
