"Six of us had dinner upstairs last night (07/07/2021). Thunder clouds rolled in and when the rain came, the lack of overhead weather protection forced us to seek shelter in the stairwell. The entire restaurant left or went downstairs after that. We left and went to the Oyster Club Treehouse (they have tents to protect from the weather). In addition, our server spilled some of my drink on me (mango margarita on white pants) and didn't even apologize. She brought some club soda but was otherwise completely unapologetic. Our food arrived just before the rain and got soaked. The only thing that was comped was the plate we hadn't yet received before leaving. Nice atmosphere. Good cocktails. Drinks took forever. Service was not great."

"I was eager to order a cake from here given all the amazing options. I emailed the business with my inquiry 1+ month ago and I have not heard back yet.On a different occasion, I walked into the shop and waited around 10 minutes to order and no one came around to even acknowledge me. I'm not sure what happened. The shop is so small that you can't possibly not see a customer. Too bad I will not be going back here. I live around the corner and it would have been nice to have a reliable place to go to for those special sweet tooth days."
