"This place was good 4 years ago but it's like a 45 wait only to get 2 slices of pizza. They never have fresh pizza out and the racks are always empty. They never have cinnamon rolls and when they do they say we don't have the frosting to put on it. Went last week and only got 1 slice of pizza with bad quality tasting sauce. They had no pineapple no onions no lettuce and for meat eaters, the meat pizza had no meat cause they were out. Not going here again"

"The door Dash driver drove around my neighborhood for 10 minutes while he looked for the knit restaurant that was five minutes away then drove to the restaurant and rather than contacting DoorDash customer service he sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes because he couldn’t find the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant to find out what was going on with my order and was told the driver most likely couldn’t find their location and they had no way to contact door dash or the driver. This irritated me… the manager quickly said he would personally deliver my order to me. Upon getting ready to leave the restaurant the driver finally found it and delivered my order. I was highly impressed with the way the manager handled the situation. Great customer service! Thanks again!"

"Whoa. I've been wanting to come to Zen forever to try a coffee flight. It was amazing!! First of, great service. Next, cozy environment. For the flight I chose the Belgian waffle (hot), London Fog (hot), Vanilla Silk (iced), and lastly a Matcha latte (iced). I have to say that I usually hate Matcha... It tastes like grass to me. This one though? So delicious!!! The London Fog was one of the best I've ever had. I'll absolutely be back."
