"I have always had a good experience here, however today was quite the opposite. My drinks and food took a really long time which wasn’t that big of a deal, however I could see two employees inside on their phones instead of completing orders. Once I got my food there was a long brown hair inside my breakfast sandwich which was disgusting. I had already left once I looked at my food and I was too frustrated to go back."
